My Contribution
My responsibilities on Back in Time Prague included Motion Design Direction, Surround Sound Mixing, and partial Project Management. I oversaw the creative direction and production of animated sequences in Room 2, 5, 7 and 8 – ensuring they complemented the physical exhibition design and storytelling. I handled the mixing and spatial placement for the mostly standard 7.1 (+ FX channels) surround sound systems, working closely with Heimwerk Audio – who did the sound design and pre-mixing – to create an immersive audio environment. Additionally, I contributed to project management by coordinating between animation, audio, and technical teams to keep the creative vision and technical execution aligned. Creative Process
For the animation, I developed storyboards and motion graphics tailored to each exhibition space, collaborating closely with set designers. My audio planning included detailed speaker layouts and sound flow diagrams, ensuring every visitor is fully immersed. Below you’ll find some initial audio planning illustrations of some of the scenes. These were developed further and the sound design mixed fully on-site.

About Audio Previews
I have not included any audio previews here, as they cannot accurately represent the unique sonic experience of each room with its specific speaker setups and acoustics. To truly appreciate the immersive sound design, you’ll need to experience it in person.
